It&#8217;s cold and refreshing and naturally gluten and dairy-free, so Pammie can eat it, too. I used to eat it when I&#8217;d do <a href=\"https:\/\/whole30.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Whole30<\/a>, so I always made it with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ralphs.com\/p\/primal-kitchen-mayo-made-with-avocado-oil\/0086369900010\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Primal Kitchen Mayo<\/a> (it&#8217;s free of gluten, grains, soy, canola oil, processed seed oils, refined sugar, and dairy). It&#8217;s good by itself, but I like to eat it on a big ass Costco croissant. Or crackers. Pretty much any vehicle to get it in my mouth \ud83d\ude1c<\/p>\n<p>Make it and thank me later (and invite me over for lunch).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chicken Salad with Grapes and Walnuts<br \/>\n<\/strong>Adapted from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bowlofdelicious.com\/awesome-chicken-salad-with-grapes-and-walnuts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bowl of Delicious<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.costcobusinessdelivery.com\/rotisserie-chicken-breast-meat%2C-46-oz.product.11975863.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rotisserie Chicken Breast Meat<\/a> &#8211; Costco sells their rotisserie chicken meat fully cooked and hand-pulled. You could def boil and shred your own chicken breasts, but why??? I&#8217;m not trying to use my stove on a hot ass day.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ralphs.com\/p\/primal-kitchen-mayo-made-with-avocado-oil\/0086369900010\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Primal Kitchen Mayo<\/a> &#8211; it&#8217;s pricier than regular mayo, but you can sub regular mayo if you don&#8217;t <del>want to spend $12 on a jar of mayo<\/del> have any dietary restrictions.<\/li>\n<li>Seedless Red Grapes sliced in halves<\/li>\n<li>Diced Red Onion<\/li>\n<li>Diced Celery<\/li>\n<li>Walnuts<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; Pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I made a huge batch, so I used an entire package of Rotisserie Chicken Breast Meat (46 oz.), a whole jar of Primal Kitchen Mayo (12 oz.), a bunch of seedless red grapes sliced in half (2 lbs.), half a diced red onion (you can usually find the onions already diced in the refrigerated produce section of the grocery store) a bunch of diced celery (you can also find them already diced), chopped walnuts (16 oz.) and salt &amp; pepper to taste. Combine everything in a large bowl and refrigerate.
