{"id":168371,"date":"2024-04-22T13:36:44","date_gmt":"2024-04-22T20:36:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mayanrocks.com\/?p=168371"},"modified":"2024-04-22T13:36:44","modified_gmt":"2024-04-22T20:36:44","slug":"crispy-rice-with-spicy-crab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mayanrocks.com\/?p=168371","title":{"rendered":"Crispy Rice with Spicy Crab."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayanrocks.com\/blog\/crispy-rice-spicy-crab.jpg\" width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t think I&#8217;d like crispy rice, because I thought it&#8217;d taste like hard, undercooked rice (which I&#8217;ve gotten the two times I&#8217;ve eaten at <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/QpP9yGncCTNMjj12A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tocaya Modern Mexican<\/a>!).&nbsp; But I had some crispy rice in <a href=\"http:\/\/mayanrocks.com\/?p=145329\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nashville<\/a> of all places, and it was the best thing I ate all weekend. It&#8217;s more like toasted, cooked rice which is super yummy.<\/p>\n<p>Plus, Bobby Flay always makes crispy rice no matter what the challenge is on <em>Beat Bobby Flay<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/T1Xh5-2G1AE?si=1mgT51RQ_sTihLMy&amp;start=41\" width=\"435\" height=\"245\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n<p>My rice fell apart when I fried it (even though I froze it overnight!), so I made a bowl instead of individual portions. Still tasted good, though!
