{"id":168806,"date":"2024-05-04T23:41:11","date_gmt":"2024-05-05T06:41:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mayanrocks.com\/?p=168806"},"modified":"2024-05-05T22:51:29","modified_gmt":"2024-05-06T05:51:29","slug":"staycation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mayanrocks.com\/?p=168806","title":{"rendered":"Staycation."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayanrocks.com\/blog\/downtown-sd.jpg\" width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayanrocks.com\/blog\/marriott-marquis-champagne-vendiing-machine.jpg\" width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<p>Pammie and D were supposed to go to a concert downtown and stay at a hotel tonight, but his friend had a birthday party, so they sold their concert tickets, but the hotel was non-refundable, so Pammie and I had a little staycation (@ <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/GsmbmAC9p3pEdWvw6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayanrocks.com\/blog\/water-grill-lobster-roll.jpg\" width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayanrocks.com\/blog\/padres-diamondbacks.jpg\" width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayanrocks.com\/blog\/water-grill-mule.jpg\" width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<p>I had the biggest lobster roll I&#8217;ve ever had, watched the Padres murder the Diamondbacks, and got a free mule from the cute bartender (s\/o to Giovanni!) because he thought I was sick (this is just how I sound now after the stroke) (@ <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/LZ9gfk67KTxvTsfBA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Water Grill<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pz6qx4n2Ewc?si=5v1Tk0G0rQi84IeM\" width=\"435\" height=\"245\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>We went back to the hotel and watched <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt9466114\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>The Idea of You<\/em><\/a>. I loved it \ud83e\udd70 I might have to go to Coachella next year so I can meet the love of my life&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>FYI, I *love* staying in hotels. We went up to LA once for a doc appointment and were gonna stay in my apartment. My sister didn&#8217;t drive my car, so she left my house keys in SD (they were attached to my car keys).
