I love Bobby Flay.<\/p>\n

Even though I used to think he was an asshole ever since he jumped on the cutting board during an Iron Chef<\/em> battle<\/a> against Chef Morimoto in 2000 (I was more offended when he yelled, ‘Raise the roof, yo!’ tbh) and he’s since been thrice-divorced, but I kinda like assholes \ud83e\udd2a<\/p>\n

I used to watch him on Throwdown<\/em><\/a>, and now I watch him on Beat Bobby Flay<\/em><\/a>, Bobby’s Triple Threat<\/em><\/a> and BBQ Brawl<\/a><\/em>. He’s still an asshole, but he’s an asshole who can cook \ud83d\ude1c<\/p>\n

I made Bobby Flay’s Creamed Green Chili Rice<\/a> with Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs<\/a>. It turned out amazing even though I had to consult my friend who cooks all the time \ud83d\ude05<\/p>\n

Update:<\/strong> I got the stamp of approval from Pammie, Dennis, and my sister’s brother-in-law, Paul, who dropped by for dinner. They finished the rice! I’m finally redeemed from when Pammie and her husband said my adobo was too salty two years ago. Their hurtful comments still keep me up at night \ud83d\ude05<\/p>\n\n\n\n
