The longest I&#8217;ve ever waited in line for food was over 2 hours at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/howlin-rays-los-angeles-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Howlin&#8217; Rays<\/a> in Chinatown, so this 45-minute wait was no bigs. There was absolutely no shade though, so our burgers came with a side of UV!
