After a mammogram, biopsy and MRI, they ruled out cancer \ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffc But they still wanted to remove some pre-cancerous lesions they found as a precaution, hence the lumpectomy.<\/p>\n<p>She only took a day and a half off of work bc she has an important meeting where she has to present on Friday \ud83d\ude35\u200d\ud83d\udcab So I wanted to bring her some goodies to make her life easier while she recovers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Homemade <a href=\"https:\/\/mamashire.com\/chicken-tortilla-soup-gluten-free\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gluten\/dairy-free chicken tortilla soup<\/a> &#8211; Holy shit, I had some for dinner last night and topped it with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Fresh-Gourmet-Tortilla-Strips-Tri-Color\/dp\/B06WRVB37S\/ref=asc_df_B06WRVB37S\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tortilla strips<\/a> and it was so fucking good!<\/li>\n<li>Vegan paletas and sorbet from <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/EmRAeLNv22V3kpmKA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oasis Ice Cream Parlor<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Gluten\/dairy-free mini cakes from <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/6tRDkyCsknRyLNga8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paleo Treats<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>She always does so much for other people, and hates having to decide what to eat, so I hope these help make her life easier \ud83e\udd79<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update<\/strong>: \ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffc\u2764\ufe0f\u200d\ud83e\ude79<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayanrocks.com\/blog\/chat-pammie-surgery.jpg\" alt=\"chat\" width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pammie has a lumpectomy surgery later today.
