He has severe separation anxiety, so I hardly ever leave him at home alone in my apartment.<\/p>\n<p>Partly bc Milo was still at my parents&#8217; house, partly bc it&#8217;s raining today and I can&#8217;t get my steps in outside, but mostly bc I started a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nike.com\/nrc-app\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nike Run Club<\/a> challenge <em>and<\/em> a new <a href=\"https:\/\/stepbet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stepbet<\/a> challenge today, I finally used the state-of-the-art fitness center in my building after 4 months of living here.<\/p>\n<p>I wore my headphones, partly so I could listen to my <a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/playlist\/3WYCBCszy6HBDZzUKf9Caw?si=6a2ddd15b79e4e46\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">twerkout playlist<\/a>, but mostly bc I don&#8217;t like people talking to me while I work out \ud83d\ude05<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mayanrocks.com\/blog\/headphones.gif\" width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<p>Follow me for more tips on being unapproachable \ud83d\ude06<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I dropped off Milo for a sleepover with my parents last night while I went out to dinner with the girls.
