It was a chili cheese fries kind of day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m still sick – I can finally breathe through both nostrils, but I can’t stop coughing now. I tested neg for Covid, so it’s just an annoying common cold. But I def was less sick the one time I got Covid – Let me paint you a pretty picture: I’ve gone through 6 boxes of tissues, the skin around my nose is raw as fuck even though I’ve solely been using the tissues with lotion in it, I keep having coughing fits even though I’ve sucked on a whole bag of Ricola, and every time I sneeze (frequently), snot flies everywhere<\/em>. Boys, try not to fall in love with me.<\/p>\n\n\n

It’d be fine if I could just wallow in my own self-pity alone, but I picked up Milo from my parents and all he wants to do is play. He keeps bringing me his toys \ud83e\udd79<\/p>\n\n\n

Also, he removed all the eyes from his favorite toys \ud83d\ude05 Should I be concerned?<\/p>\n\n\n

I walked him to Petco Park so he could burn off some energy, but I forgot there was a ballgame this afternoon. I could hear the roar of the crowd from blocks away. Were the Padres winning?<\/p>\n

Nope. Just a fuck ton of Cubs fans in SD \ud83d\ude44<\/p>\n\n\n

I took 3 days off from work, so I’m back at work and catching up. We got a note that the CEO didn’t like one of the emails that went out for Mother’s Day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I didn’t design it, but I worked on the international job based on that email with translations for 15+ countries and 500+ assets \ud83d\ude35\u200d\ud83d\udcab The domestic email’s being redesigned, and I’ll have to redo the entire international job based on the new creative first thing tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, I started my period today. As boss l\u0101d\u0101y would say, ‘The devil is working hard today!’<\/p>\n\n\n
