Thank you for the tips, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thepioneerwoman.com\/food-cooking\/recipes\/a33279168\/how-to-poach-eggs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pioneer Woman<\/a>! I went to lunch once with Nori at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/urthcaffe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Urth Caffe<\/a> in LA and ordered a breakfast pizza. Before I dug in, I was like, &#8216;Nori, get this shot&#8217; as I sliced through the poached egg expecting to get a perfect runny yolk vid for the &#8216;gram. It was cooked solid! I&#8217;ve doordashed the same order and the poached egg was cooked solid again.
