Shi and I used to hang out all the time at my old apartment in SD<\/a> and eat so<\/em> bad. She’s seen me eat a whole pizza by myself (in my defense, it was thin crust! LOL), and I’ve seen her eat an entire pound cake in one sitting (multiple times!). We were also in our 20s, and our metabolism was much faster back then \ud83d\ude05 We used to make these sinful cheesecake-stuffed strawberries<\/a>, and I kept seeing these Wonder Monday<\/a> ads on all my socials for low-carb, low-sugar cheesecakes, so I ordered some, whipped up a few in my stand mixer, piped them into fresh strawberries and dipped them in heart-healthy dark chocolate!
