They say that bad things happen in threes, and this week was no exception:<\/p>\n

  1. My aunt was diagnosed with lung cancer.<\/li>\n
  2. My mom’s coworker and her mom were the women killed in the Lakeside homicides<\/a> I saw on the news last week.<\/li>\n
  3. Two more of my friends are pregnant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Okay so maybe that last one isn’t a bad thing per se. I’m happy for them both… along with my five other friends who also reproduced this year. Really.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
