
My sister’s husband showed me this recipe of ‘bagels’ made with rice paper yesterday, so you know I had to try it. When I stayed at their house after the stroke, he would always know when I’d wake up bc he could smell my bagel toasting in the oven 😆
I followed the recipe, except I swapped the regular bacon with turkey bacon (still porkless here), and I give it a 9/10 – I’ll eat anything with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning on it, but rice paper has always been difficult for me to work it.
