Cheers to the hoppy couple! (@ New English Brewing)

Christine and Francis celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary by renewing their vows and having the afterparty at a brewery. I missed their first wedding bc I was living in LA, but am so happy I got to celebrate with them now π₯Ή

Christine asked me to make a sign for their portable fan giveaways, and it’s probably my finest work yet ππ»ββοΈ

The bartender set a beer down in front of me and Jess, and Jess was like, ‘That one’s yours’ and I was like, ‘How do you know it’s mine?’ and she was like, ‘It’s Blueberry’ π

I wanna show you all my favourite places
All the little roads, all the hidden spaces
Every part of me you’ve yet to see
Feels better when youβre there with me

I was actually at their first date at a Padres game! We had just come back from Jessie’s bachelorette in Cabo, and I drove back up to LA. When I got home, Christine calls and was like, ‘You wanna go to the Padres game tomorrow?’ I rallied and drove back down to SD, and witnessed the love story from the beginning!
When I was still living in LA, Christine was up there for work and stayed the night at my apartment. She was very pregnant with her first child and I remember 2 things from that night – 1. Before we went to sleep, she asked me what side of the bed I slept on. Usually, when I have guests sleep over, they sleep on the couch, so her question surprised me LOL. I wasn’t gonna make a preggo sleep on the couch, so I was like, ‘Left!’ (you should be writing this down). 2. Francis called her before she went to bed and they had the sweetest conversation which dismissed any qualms I had about their whirlwind relationship.
Ya, they haven’t changed much in 10 years π€ͺπ»
