sombr writes all his own music, and he’s barely 21. What do you know about love, kid? Who hurt you??? His refrains are my favorite part of all his songs 💔

Not even a few songs into the show, this girl’s husband was passed the fuck out in his aisle seat in front of me. The girl and her friend are just ignoring him, drinking and vibing to the music. A few songs later, he has slipped onto the floor and is unresponsive. The girls are trying to pull him back up to his chair, and you can see the people in the row behind them panicking and screaming to call a medic. One of the girls behind them alerts a security guard who was visibly like, ‘Oh, shit!’ when she saw him on the floor, and she called a team of security and medics over. While the medics are working on him, the wife is off to the side watching the show like her husband isn’t passed out on the floor right now. After taking his vitals and unsuccessfully trying to wake him up, they finally get him on a stretcher and wheel him away, and I just know his wife was pissed she had to leave early.

A couple things:

• Passed out drunk at a sombr show?
• If you can’t hold your liquor, why even drink to the point of blacking out? (Apparently, I used to do that in my 20s LOL, but that was never in public, and def never at a concert! Plus, this dude was not in his 20s)
• If I went to a concert with someone who did this to me, I’d be pissed I had to leave early, too!

All that to say, I’m middle-aged now and responsible. I pre-gamed with a Beefy Rib Tickler at Phil’s BBQ and brought 4 bottles of ice-cold water for us to properly hydrate after the show 👵🏼
