Jess sometimes gets tickets behind home plate from her husband’s contractor. She invited me to a game last season and our tickets came with access to the Home Plate Club, private access to watch the Padres take batting practice in their off-field batting cage, and complimentary food and drinks. She told me not to eat a hot dog while we were in our seats bc they were behind home plate and we might be on TV LOL, so I scarfed down that wiener in record time off camera in the club lounge 😆
