I remember when my 2 a days were actually going to the gym or the dance studio twice in one day. Now it’s pushing the kids around in the morning so callie naps at a decent hour and then walking around the block with miles before dinner and explaining to him that mommy needs to get her steps in because she has high blood pleasure (thats how he pronounces it). It’s wild.

‘blood pleasure’ omg he’s so cute lol i’m gonna call it that from now on 😆 yeah 2-a-days for me used to be turbo kickboxing at the gym followed by circuit training with arlene at la casa de tortura! now it’s two sessions on the elliptical back to back bc i don’t want to ask for a ride to the gym twice bc i don’t drive yet, and after i eat so that my blood sugar doesn’t spike 👵🏻
