my LA apt’s balcony faces the street, too, but it’s covered by thick ass trees:
also, g street gets a lot more traffic than manhattan beach blvd!
i won’t be able to hide bags of trash at the new place 😜 there’s trash chutes on each floor, so i won’t have an excuse!

ya! and they used to have shopping carts near the dumpster so i could use that to bring the trash down or bring my groceries up in one trip, but they were just gone one day a few months ago. at the new place, one of the questions i asked was, ‘what is the doordash/instacart situation?’ lol the buildng is secure, and you need an individual code to use the elevator. she told me that i can assign the deliverers a temp code to use the elevator. i was like, ‘am i gonna have to come down for my food and groceries?!’ 😅
