I didn’t read the instructions when I first fed my new sourdough starter last night, so I didn’t realize it needed to be fed again 12 hours after I first fed it. I had to set an alarm bc I knew I wouldn’t be awake at this unholy hour to feed it. Is this how newborn mothers feel? 🤪
