Pammie has a lumpectomy surgery later today. After a mammogram, biopsy and MRI, they ruled out cancer 🙏🏼 But they still wanted to remove some pre-cancerous lesions they found as a precaution, hence the lumpectomy.
She only took a day and a half off of work bc she has an important meeting where she has to present on Friday 😵💫 So I wanted to bring her some goodies to make her life easier while she recovers:
- Homemade gluten/dairy-free chicken tortilla soup – Holy shit, I had some for dinner last night and topped it with tortilla strips and it was so fucking good!
- Vegan paletas and sorbet from Oasis Ice Cream Parlor
- Gluten/dairy-free mini cakes from Paleo Treats
She always does so much for other people, and hates having to decide what to eat, so I hope these help make her life easier 🥹
